Tracy Johnson, director
Tracy's background includes extensive experience in non-profit management and social service. Previously, Tracy was the director of sexual assault services at the Center for Community Solutions' Rape Crisis Center in San Diego. She served as chair of the San Diego County Sexual Assault Response Team and as a core member of the San Diego Sex Offender Management Council. In 2005 Tracy was awarded the "Response with a Heart" award. Before moving to San Diego in 2000, she was a licensed, practicing clinician in a Massachusetts outpatient mental health clinic. She holds an MEd from the University of Maine and is a graduate of the Fieldstone Emerging Leaders Program.
Ciera Rudin, administrative assistant
Ciera joined the SDWF staff in February 2007. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree. While in Santa Barbara, Ciera was an intern for United Way of Santa Barbara County. She currently volunteers with the Girl Scouts.
