Do a Little . . .

The San Diego Women's Foundation members commit to making their annual contribution and voting on final grant recipients. Every member has one vote. We do no fundraising. We have no obligatory meetings.

Do a Lot . . .

Members wishing additional involvement are encouraged to serve on one or more of our committees. Currently we have seven committees:

  1. Education Committee
    Ensures women have the information and education they need to be effective philanthropists. Join the education committee by contacting DANA DAHLBO at ddahlbo@ucsd.edu or co-chair Marlow Berg at berg@sdsu.edu.
  2. Finance Committee
    Maintains financial accountability of the organization and
    manages the Board's financial responsibilities. Join the finance committee by contacting MARSHA LUBICK at marsha.lubick@sharp.com.
  3. Grants Committee
    Develops and implements a grants process each year. Continues ongoing and mutually beneficial relationships with our community partners. Join the grants committee by contacting CINDY OLMSTEAD at Colmstead@Trustworksgroup.com.
  4. Marketing Committee
    Develops and implements a marketing and communications plan. Join the marketing committee by contacting gvetter@san.rr.com or co-chair mcshonsey@aol.com.
  5. Membership Committee
