She spoke about the determination it took to reach her goals—interviewing with Outdoor Outreach three times before landing her current role and how being part of SDWF helped build her confidence and grow as a leader.

SDWF Board Members volunteered with @baysidecc to support their weekly food distribution in Linda Vista, helping prepare and distribute 250 bags of food to community members facing food insecurity.
Linda Vista is a USDA-defined food desert, making Bayside’s work especially vital for families who are extremely low-income and often non-native English speakers. From setting up tables to greeting neighbors as they arrived, we were honored to support efforts that ensure access to healthy, nourishing food.
Thank you to Bayside Community Center for the important work you do and for welcoming us into your community.
