Cycle 25 Grants Process Update

In June 2025, we will award unrestricted funding to nonprofit organizations working to prevent senior isolation and/or loneliness in San Diego County, and we need your input!

As this is a broad topic, we are looking to nonprofits engaged in this work to help us narrow and define our guidelines to better understand how our $200K-$300K grants pool can be most impactful.

Please take a few moments to fill out this brief Appreciative Inquiry Survey so we can better understand the work and financial needs of your organization. Please feel free to share this widely with others engaged in this work.

In June 2024 SDWF granted $225K in unrestricted and multi-year funding to three organizations working to address the youth mental health crisis by providing quality mental health support services to middle-school aged youth in San Diego County.
